The Department Public Health Dentistry is responsible for organization camps in various village and schools of Meerut district. The camp treatment is rendered in a fully functional mobile dental van which is equipped with an electronic dental chair, ultrasonic scaler, filling instrument & materials. Preliminary dental treatment is rendered in the mobile dental van and for more complex treatment procedures, the patients are referred to the dental college.

Currently, four satellite dental clinic are functional under this department:

Satellite Clinic no. 1-Medical OPD, ChatrapatiShivajiSubharti Hospital, Meerut.

Satellite Clinic No. 2- District Jail, Meerut City.

Satellite Clinic No. 3- Khajuri P.H.C., Meerut.

Satellite Clinic No. 4- Sarawani P.H.C., Meerut.

6^th March: Dentist Day

7^TH April: World Health Day

8^TH May: World Red Cross Day

28^TH May: International Women’s Health Day

31^ST May: World No-Tobacco Day

14^TH June: World Blood Donor Day

28^TH July: World Hepatitis Day

1^ST August: National Oral Hygiene Day

12^TH Sept: World Oral Health Day

1^ST Oct: Senior Citizen Day

14^TH Nov: World Diabetes Day

1^STDec: World AIDS Day

Following days were celebrated in Subharti Dental College:

28^th May 2011: International Women’s Health Day	Free Dental check up and treatment was carried out for all woman patients.
31^st May 2011: No Tobacco Day	An oral cancer detection clinic ( OCDC ) was also set up on the occasion which will run on every Wednesday in the Oral Medicine department.
14^th June 2011: Blood Donation Day	A total of 97 students and faculty members of Subharti Dental College and Hospital donated blood.
1^st August 2011: Oral Hygiene Day	A lecture of patient motivation to improve the oral hygiene was given to patients and samples of mouthwashes/ toothpastes were also distributed free of cost.
12^th September 2011: World Oral Health Day	Free Oral Health check up and treatment was rendered free of cost for 85 patients.
1^st October 2011: National Senior Citizen’s Day	A lecture on the partial and complete denture was given. All senior citizens who visited the OPD were given 50 % rebate on the dental treatment and the laboratory charges. A total of 33 senior citizens benefited from the programme.
10^th November 2011: World Immunization Day	A total of 250 people benefited from this programme which included immunization against hepatitis and tetanus.
